Bernard Teltscher
Bernard Teltscher is President of the LMBA. He came to the UK in 1938, and gained degrees from University College, London and Trinity College, Cambridge. He became its President and played victoriously in the first post-war Oxford match. After university he entered the family wine-importing business. Bernard has played bridge for eighty years and has won almost all English competitions, with the notable exception of the Gold Cup. Teltscher is also the sponsor of the Seniors Camrose and his Great Britain team won the event in 2009 and 2012.
